Can you relate to having moments in life where you feel you are swimming up a thick stream of resistance- where most things feel hard, and nothing is falling into place? That is such a challenging place to be in life…and scary! On the flip side you may have those moments and times where things just feel SO smooth. Or maybe you are even surprised by how well something just clicked and seemed to flow effortlessly.
There are always different lessons to be learned in each life experience we have… and believe it or not our feelings have everything to do with how well things are flowing or not in our lives. Which is why I wanted to make a video on this topic.
