I’d like to share a moment in my codependence recovery with you. And what I mean by codependence recovery is how I learned to shift my emotions and belief systems from being programed to put myself last and take care of other people while abandoning myself to living an empowered life where I love and value myself just as much as I do others.
I did this and still continue to do it with holistic healing therapies.
My mentor and friend Cheryl Angela asked me a question that helped me shift in getting more clarity on the direction of my life. She said, “what do you have to have?” Like the absolute non-negotables in the different areas of life. The way she framed this question for some reason made a deeper connection for me and shifted my view on my own life, rather than just addressing my dreams and goals. In this week’s episode of RE-ID TV I wanted to ask you the same question…
This is the work that ultimately led me to becoming an emotional health counselor. To me, its just so fulfilling and rewarding! I’d love for you to experience what I mean.
