Many of us often feel that our responsibilities outweigh the amount of joy that we have in our lives. But that can all change.
This is a major lesson I’ve learned in my journey of codependence recovery and healing. It’s so powerful to let of guilt ridden beliefs about being overly responsible for others. I truly believe that your happiness alone is your greatest contribution to the world.
