Do you ever find yourself saying things out loud (either to yourself, your child, or your spouse) that were said in your childhood like a specific saying or phrase? It could be a phrase that tends to be your first thought in either a stressful situation or a happy one…
In this weeks episode of REID-TV I share what I learned from the phrase I used to hear from my mother very frequently growing up and how you too can identify what you might have learned and why. It also may give you some insight for the phrases and sayings you use around your own children including your inner one! This also holds true to the thoughts you may observe yourself thinking as well.
What I still find astounding is that it only takes one time during the developmental imprinting stages during childhood to have an impact on the child. This means that whatever is presented to the child can potentially become imprinted as some sort of “perspective truth” about life.

Marnina
