Deep inside we all crave emotional balance, it is our natural state of being human. Unfortunately we have many distractions in life that can continuously pull us off center and away from ourselves. Whether its a relationship, technology, work, family, etc. Emotional and mental exhaustion is no joke, and it is different from physical exhaustion. When we begin feeling like our life is more of a business to be managed rather than an inspiration to be lived, usually things are then becoming a struggle and a lot of energy is spent trying to “keep it together” without really getting nourished.
