are you comfortable with telling the truth?

Holistic therapies teach us that in order to get to the root of all ailments and issues we need to tell the truth about how we feel. Consider yourself lucky if you had teachers growing up who repeatedly told the truth!  You probably heard in childhood that “telling the truth” was the “right” thing to do…even though you may have witnessed situations where dishonesty was the main issue.  I don’t know about you my in my childhood I didn’t necessarily have role models that were honest… it eventually led me to not tell the truth to myself and attract people into my life that didn’t tell the truth.  I had to do a lot of self healing, forgivness therapy in order to learn to be truthful with myself and those around me.  Not telling the truth easily leads to depression and other symptoms that don’t feel like your best you.

Holistic therapy for depression helps slice through illusions that keep you from living your best life.  There are so many tools that can be worked for depression- alternative therapy.

The thing is we each have our own truth in a sense.  We each have different perceptions about what seems to be true.  I can share with you that one thing I do know is that we can own the truth of how we feel and what we really want in life no matter what.

Discovering how we feel and what we really want means being honest with ourselves and being very real with what feels true inside ourselves in the moment.  However if we can’t get to that honest place inside, it is hard to feel fulfilled and passionate about life if we are living something other than our truth.

I invite you to be honest with yourself about choices you are making in your life and notice how it feels. Please watch this week’s video on “telling the truth” and see if you can relate on any level.

As always I want to hear from you! Please share about any insightful experiences you have had with this topic.  Thanks so much for reading.

Love,

Marnina
