Who is The Person You Wish Would Change To? Holistic Healing Therapies Can Help You to Change to the Person You Have always Dreamed of… Working with an Emotional Health Counselor can Help Create this.
If you are anything like I was then maybe you can relate to needing some serious codependence recovery. Do you have a specific person in your life, or maybe even a close loved one or spouse that you wish would change in someway? Have you ever felt like you have all the answers and reasons (very good ones) as to why this loved one should do things differently? Also, if you had similar conditioning that I did growing up, it’s possible that you have even tried your hardest to change this person yourself…all on your own accord. Then, to take it a step further; you may have resented the person for not getting on board with the changes you feel they need to make. Isn’t this a delightful emotional draining cycle?
I can tell you what has helped me immensely is holistic healing therapies (in the emotional sense). I have been able to break through old codependent patterning that was keeping me from creating fulfilling relationships and ultimately to be able to accept people for who they are; verses who I wanted them to be!
This is the work that ultimately inspired me to become an emotional health counselor and holistic health practitioner. It made such a profound impact in my life that I couldn’t help but want to be able to help make the same impact for someone else!
This is exactly what is being discussed on this week’ episode of RE-ID TV. You don’t want to miss this interesting but brief discussion.

Hi Marnina, I find myself wanting to change my husband, my children and my mother. Of course there are things about my friends that I hope they will find answers to, or break through and overcome, but the change with my family is so deeply desired that I do pray about it and even get angry when I see them start to change only to go back to the old way that I’ve judged as not working. So, I get the reflection and I even see some of the things I need to change or flow with. I like to think that these people and the issues that trigger me are my own tailor made opportunity to work these things out of my souls system. Thank you for this message.
Hi Deanna! Thanks so much for sharing so vulnerably. I really hear you and it isn’t easy. Especially with family and your loved ones that are so close like you described. The mirror work to me is really the most challenging to see sometimes. And I’ve found it very important to remember how the reflection may look very different in your own life but with a similar undertone of a specific feeling or belief. I trust that is really is your own tailor made opportunity as well. The cool thing as once you have more clarity on what it is that you need to shift, there’s a little magic that happens that can help with the acceptance of others and not feeling as much charge around “their stuff.” Sending you lots of love beautiful woman!
